What's New at the Ford Headquarters?
Inside the new headquarters, employees will benefit from advanced technology and improved accessibility. The building has room for 4,000 team members, twice the capacity of the previous Glass House, and is close to other Ford offices with 14,000 more employees. The design features color schemes inspired by classic Ford vehicles like the Model T and Mustang Mach-E. Efficient LED lighting and durable materials help the building look great and perform well for years to come. Up to 700 guests can also be welcomed at a time.
