Ford has tapped Michael Aragon to serve as president of Integrated Services. His background with Lululemon Digital Fitness, PlayStation Network, and Crunchyroll makes him an asset for Ford's next phase.
Michael Aragon Steps Into His Ford Role
Ford has been led by exceptional talent throughout its history. Aragon succeeds Peter Stern, who now heads Peloton Interactive. Observers are eager to follow Aragon's initiatives.
In his initial remarks, he highlighted his passion for next-gen in-cabin services: “We can spark new in-cabin experiences and services that feel seamless and contextual for our customers.” His charge includes refining Ford BlueCruise, Ford Pro solutions, and Model e services.
Aragon also plans to increase Ford's paid subscriptions by more than 800,000. CEO Mike Farley endorses his appointment, confident he'll drive substantial growth in Integrated Services.
Farley spoke about Ford+: “The heart of the Ford+ plan is to match our iconic and trusted vehicles with incredible services and experiences that will improve the lives of our customers and help businesses succeed.” He added, “Mike is the right leader to build on our early success with Integrated Services and help Ford capture this immense growth opportunity.”
Taking office on March 17, Aragon brings a distinguished record from the Fortune 500 world. A University of New Mexico graduate with an MBA from Dartmouth, he has strengthened brands like Twitch. Ford anticipates significant progress under his stewardship.
